Purpose, legal basis and retention
Responding and preparing a proposal
The assistant and forms record the enquiry in our Lead API and Postgres so we can answer, preserve context, analyse the project and take pre-contractual steps at your request.
Security and operation
Technical logs and Cloudflare Turnstile are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse, diagnosing and maintaining the website. General answers derived from unknown cases enter the Q&A only after review and anonymisation.
Retention
Anonymous conversations are scheduled for deletion once they reach 30 days. When you provide contact details, we retain the enquiry while managing the relationship and for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or address potential claims.
Recipients, transfers and rights
We may share information with hosting, security and antispam, artificial-intelligence and email providers that help us deliver the service, under appropriate instructions and safeguards, and with authorities when legally required. Because we operate from the United States and serve international projects, information may move between countries with the applicable safeguards.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by writing to contact@atomgo.ai. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your place of residence.
The website is not directed at children under 16. The optional, unchecked box for product news and commercial communications relies solely on your consent; you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the response to your enquiry.

Analytics and advertising attribution: update of 8 October 2026
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and actions. Before you choose a preference, we send measurement signals without Analytics cookies or identifiers stored by our website, with analytics and advertising storage denied. You can allow analytics cookies and advertising attribution separately, or reject all measurement under “Privacy preferences”. We respect saved rejection preferences. Advertising attribution links visits and purchases to clicks on Google ads; it requires both your advertising and analytics permission. Accepting analytics, creating an account or accepting the terms of service does not give advertising permission. We do not enable personalised ads. You can save or withdraw each permission under “Privacy preferences”. We store each choice in this browser for up to 180 days without renewing it as you browse; you can change it sooner. We do not send form or conversation content to these tools.
