Cancellation
You can cancel before the next renewal. During the promotion, no first monthly charge is made and access ends after the period. After renewal, service continues to the end of the paid period, subject to mandatory rights.
Authentication
The method is saved for later charges with consent. If the bank requires additional action, payment remains pending until completed and is not presented as confirmed.
Capacity and extras
Automated translation, transcription and subtitling start at USD 2,100 setup plus tokens, with no additional fixed EUR 250/month fee. No additional cost is activated without authorisation.
Brand, data and accounts
The customer retains brand, domain and commercial relationship. The payment provider is configured for the customer when the signed scope includes a compatible integration; the customer owns or provides developer accounts. Export and exit follow the contracted scope.
Apps, commitment and code
The standard App costs USD 199/month per platform and an optional new custom template starts at USD 600/month per platform. Both have a 12-month minimum commitment. After 12 months and once development has been amortised, the customer can request that App’s source code.
Custom and module prices are non-binding references. Only the formal document reviewed and sent by Álvaro is valid.
