Scope
These terms govern access to the public AtomGo website. By using it, you agree to act lawfully and respectfully.
Contracting
A project begins when both parties accept a proposal or contract. The site does not process payments or form contracts automatically.
Customer content
Customers must hold the rights and permissions needed for the content and data they add to their platform.
Permitted use and ownership
Responsible use
You may not attempt to damage or interfere with the site, bypass security, extract data abusively or use the site to infringe rights.
Brand and materials
AtomGo and the site materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted except what is needed to browse.
External services
Payments, App stores, social networks and other integrations are also governed by their respective providers’ terms.
Availability, liability and jurisdiction
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not affect rights that cannot be excluded.
