You pay USD 1 for the first 15 days. Unless you cancel, it then continues at USD 199/month, month to month with no annual commitment.

Yes. You can cancel before the next renewal. If you cancel during the initial 15 days, the monthly fee does not start; after a renewal, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Not for each new customer or sale: $0 per subscriber, 0% revenue share and 0% on PPV sales. The platform fee and additional infrastructure capacity are explained separately. See pricing.

You can configure subscriptions, PPV sales, donations and basic advertising. You control the catalogue, pricing, access and monetisation rules.

Go includes up to 1,000 concurrent VOD viewers, 100 GB encoding/month, 2 TB storage, backup and the delivery API. Additional storage, encoding, concurrency, CDN or AI credits are separate from the base fee. See capacity and possible additional costs.

A standard App costs USD 199/month per platform. A new custom template is optional and separate, from USD 600/month per platform. Both options have a 12-month minimum commitment. Developer accounts, store fees, commissions and extraordinary activation are shown separately. See Apps and devices.

Yes. After 12 months of service for each app, once its development has been amortised, AtomGo will provide that app’s source code if the customer requests it, so it can be connected to another OTT infrastructure. This exception applies to the Apps; the AtomGo core, ATOM, CMS and backend remain licensed.

Depending on the project: payment provider and tax; store accounts, fees or commissions; additional video or AI usage; Direct + FAST; integrations, migration and professional services. They are explained separately before activation.

The specific implementation starts at USD 2,100 setup plus token usage. There is no additional fixed EUR 250/month fee. Languages, volume, review and usage are confirmed by scope.

Agentic provides the capability and routines for Content Factory, editorial and marketing operations, multilingual production, translation, transcription, subtitling, campaigns, segmentation, recommendation, analytics and CMS or front-end changes. Specific implementation and usage are confirmed by scope. AI prepares and executes repetitive work; your team sets the direction and approves. See Agentic.

Yes. Agentic can include proprietary infrastructure for live streaming, a FAST channel scheduler and professional broadcaster functions such as DVR recording. These capabilities are configured as part of the activation scope; the Direct + FAST module remains +USD 199/month.

Agentic costs USD 999/month and requires configuration and activation. We define sources, permissions, routines and approvals, then configure, test and activate the agreed capabilities. Request Agentic activation.

You control your brand, domain, catalogue, pricing, access, monetisation, customers, data and commercial relationship. The receiving payment account and store accounts are configured for your project. AtomGo licenses its platform core; delivery of App source code after 12 months is the exception described above. Yes. The integrated ATOM CDN covers upload, encoding, storage, backup and delivery within your contracted capacity. AtomGo brings the essential OTT components together in one service; add-ons are activated according to your plan.

With Agentic you can upload supplied videos, thumbnails and metadata, update website components with Page Builder, and create SEO articles that publish automatically after your approval. Content Factory handles audiovisual production. Activation and usage depend on scope.

DRM is configured in Custom; recommendations depend on Agentic/Custom configuration. Downloads are enabled for authorised videos in compatible mobile apps. Offline DRM protection depends on the contracted solution.
